In 2024, Altura’s principals acquired 14 hectares of land for Puerto Progreso’s bulk liquids terminal located adjacent to Puerto Antioquia in Urabá

Concession + Development Timeline

Altura’s principals are actively engaged in the concession process with Colombia’s national infrastructure agency (ANI); terminal construction is planned to commence in early 2027

Completed 2025 (COD Achieved Feb-26)

After achieving financial close in 2021, Altura’s principals completed construction of Puerto Antioquia’s multi-use terminal in December 2025, and COD was achieved in February 2026

Puerto Antioquia’s multi-use terminal includes capacity for gateway container cargo and dry bulk cargo imports and exports; the terminal does not have a liquids facility or transshipment capabilities
